    2000年8月， 中共潍坊市委、市政府在安丘市召开了全市山区综合开发工作
会议，市委书记曹学成作了重要讲话。与会人员参观了安丘市荒山绿化、果品基
地建设、小流域综合治理等山区开发现场。会议还对《关于加快山区综合开发的
决定》进行了讨论。
