    根据国家农业综合开发办的总体部署，潍坊市1997年～1999年农业综合开发
项目于2000年3月底全面竣工，完成了开发任务。6月14日，国家农发办会同有关
部门对全市3年的开发项目进行验收。 验收组认为所有竣工项目建设速度快、标
准质量高、综合效益明显，对潍坊市的农业综合开发工作给予高度评价。
