    为规范农资市场， 促进农业和农村经济发展，从3月份开始，市质量技术监
督局联合工商局、供销社、农业局、农机局，在全市开展了农药、化肥、农膜和
农机等农资产品保质销售工作。全市基本建立起了布局合理、信誉较高、运转有
效的农资产品保质销售营销网络， 农资保质销售单位达到156家。化肥合格率由
原来的不足30%提高到75.5%，农膜合格率由5l%提高到75%，农药合格率由27％提
高到75％，农资销售量比过去翻了一番。
