    从3月17日开始，由市质量技术监督局牵头，供电、供水、供气等部门配合，
针对民用电能表、水表、煤气表存在的计量、质量问题，在全市开展了民用“三
表” 治理整顿工作。活动历时3个月，对全市1万余户的2万多块在用“三表”进
行了免费检测，对“三表”销售市场和检定机构进行了全面检查。通过治理，全
市水表、电能表的市场抽查合格率分别提高了34和18个百分点，“三表”检测设
备合格率达到了100%，检定人员持证上岗率达到100%。市政府就“三表”首检工
作专门发了文件，“三表”首检工作走上了依法管理轨道。
