    2000年，全市法院系统深入开展“百家企业、百个村庄”的“双百”调研活
动， 市、县两级法院院长带队深入到潍坊柴油机厂、海化集团、晨鸣纸厂等108
家企业和百余个村庄进行调查研究，制定了《为企业改革和发展服务的意见》，
提出了进一步拓宽服务国企渠道、加强与企业联系的具体措施和维护农村稳定、
促进农业发展的建议。市委领导给予了充分肯定，并批转全市学习和借鉴。
