    1999年2月27日， 市纪委召开第九次全会，贯彻落实中纪委三次全会和省纪
委二次全会精神，回顾总结1998年的反腐倡廉工作，研究部署1999年的工作任务。
市委常委、市纪委书记房忠昌作了工作报告，市委书记曹学成作了重要讲话。市
领导王立福、于明、迟昭厚、郑金兰、孙嘉炼、刘玉兰、李光信、王伯祥、程庆
同出席会议，各县市区委分管副书记、纪委书记、监察局长，市直各部门主要负
责人、纪工委书记、纪检组长参加了会议。
