    (1921.3～1999.3)山东省昌邑市人，1941年7月参加工作，1942年7月加入中
国共产党。历任昌邑县特务连战士，昌邑县公安局通信员、公安员、股长，西海
地区公安局科员，昌南县、益都县公安局局长，益都县人民政府县长，安丘县委
副书记、书记，安丘县生产指挥部负责人，昌乐县委副书记、书记，昌潍地区行
署副专员，政协第六届潍坊市委员会副主席。1986年5月离职休养。1999年3月26
日因病逝世。
