    (1946.8～1999.2)山东省寿光市人，1966年8月参加工作，1966年3月加入中
国共产党。 1964年11月任“四清”工作队队员，1966年8月任寿光县委少儿部副
部长，1968年11月任寿光县马店公社农具厂负责人，1970年10月任寿光县革委群
工科干事，1971年4月任寿光县委常委、团县委书记，1975年8月任昌潍(潍坊)团
地委副书记，1 984年2月任潍坊市民政局副局长、党组成员，1990年10月任潍坊
市民政局局长、 党组书记，1995年2月任昌乐县委书记，1997年12月任潍坊市人
大常委会党组成员，1998年2月任潍坊市人大常委会副主任。1999年2月21日因病
逝世。
