对管辖路段商业网点多、来往车辆多、管养难度大等实际情况，他实行分段包干，
并与奖惩措施相挂钩， 使综合好路率保持在90%以上，成为全市养护工作的一支
标杆。利用站内空地发展庭院经济，每年种植花草数万株，利用创收资金加大养
护资金的投入。廿里堡公路站年年被评为十佳公路站。1999年她被授予全国优秀
养路工，2000年被评为全国先进工作者。
