    1955年10月生，大专学历，中共党员，潍坊市环卫局奎文管理处主任。他热
爱本职工作，15年如一日工作在环卫岗位，共消除粪便2800吨，行程达17万公里。
率先实行车组承包、单车核算责任制，充分调动了职工的劳动积极性。积极推进
环卫改革， 抓好“100”环卫便民服务热线。他多次被授予山东省劳动模范、省
“新长征突击手”、“全国优秀城市美容师”等荣誉称号，是山东省第六届、八
届人大代表。200 0年被评为全国先进工作者。
