    1941年11月生，中专学历，中共党员，寿光市三元朱村党支部书记。他带领
全村进行农业结构调整， 发展果园450亩，引进10多个国内外新品种，建起17个
大棚搞试验， 研制成深冬不需加温的冬暖式蔬菜大棚，每亩产生效益达3万元，
为蔬菜发展走出了一条新路。投资100万元，试验成功35类、180个新品种、辐射
30万亩的无公害蔬菜生产基地。试验成功集大棚滴灌、模板护墙、微机控制于一
体的高标准大棚。他先后被授予中国改革勋章、寿光人民勋章，2000年被评为全
国劳动模范。
