    女， 1963年1月生，中专学历，中共党员，山东华润纺织有限公司操作指导
工。她认真钻研技术，连续4年获山东省操作能手。言传身教，带出近百名学员，
其中90%的达到优一级操作水平。 工作埋头苦干，1995年至1999年累计超产棉纱
近4吨，连续8年保持“无空锭机台”和“水晶机台”称号，每年抓关卡疵达2500
个以上， 每年减少白花151公斤，一年为企业创造价值10万多元。她连续两次被
评为潍坊市优秀工人技师，并被授予山东省、潍坊市劳动模范和全国“五一”劳
动奖章，2000年被评为全国劳动模范。
