贸企业依据农村人力和资源优势，实施农工贸一体化发展，组织百万农户参与国
内外市场竞争， 使该企业由36万资产发展为拥有60家企业、净资产8.7亿元的国
家大型一档企业，1999年实现利税1.54亿元，出口创汇8066万美元。企业被评为
全国外经贸系统先进集体、山东省最佳外贸企业。他先后被授予山东省劳动模范、
全国“五一”劳动奖章，2000年被评为全国劳动模范。
