    1945年1月生， 大本学历，中共党员，潍坊亚星集团有限公司董事长。在他
的带领下，成功建成世界最先进的氯化聚乙烯生产装置，形成总产2.5万吨/年的
CPE生产装置，规模居世界第二位。创出购销比价管理方法，实施5年来仅采购节
支就达97 72万元。 这一先进经验被国家经贸委在全国国有企业中推广。开发了
CPE等5项国家科研项目，均填补国内空白。他先后荣获山东省技术创新重大贡献
奖、山东省专业技术拔尖人才，2000年被评为全国劳动模范。
