    1999年，全市医师资格实践技能考试共有2513人报名参加，合格人数为1972
名。11月20日，实践技能考试合格的考生参加了全国医学综合笔试，合格率为70
%。 1999年度的医师资格考试是建国以来第一次大规模的医师考试，全市上下精
心组织，周密安排，整个考试工作顺利进行，实现了预期的目标。为严肃考试纪
律而采取的监考人员轮换制、监考人员奖惩制、巡考人员责任制、监察部门介入
制、监考巡考培训制等制度，受到了上级领导及考务部门的肯定和赞赏。
