    学校始终把加强社会主义精神文明建设做为一项长期的战略任务来抓，学校
率先在潍坊市高校中开展了创建省级文明校园活动。经过全校师生的共同努力，
学校通过了省委高校工委、省教委对校园文明建设工作的预评估，认为潍坊高专
校园文明建设基本达到了优秀标准，是潍坊市第一所通过校园文明建设预评估的
高校。1999年，被授予潍坊市精神文明建设先进单位。
