    1999年，人民银行潍坊市中心支行积极协助地方政府，加强对农村合作基金
会清理整顿工作的指导、协调，认真组织开展清产核资和基金会向农村信用社的
合并工作； 妥善组织城乡信用社归并，完成全市8家城市信用社并入农村信用社
联社工作；各金融部门按照新形势下经济发展对金融的要求，加强改进内部管理，
完善信贷管理体制，积极处置和剥离不良资产，合理配置信贷资产，经营活力进
一步增强。
