    1999年，全市各级国税机关和广大国税干部职工坚持以组织收入为中心，以
依法行政为主线，不断加强税收管理，积极深化征管改革，努力提高干部队伍素
质，圆满地完成了各项工作任务。全系统有两个基层单位被省文明委评为省级文
明单位，有1人被国家税务总局评为“全国税务系统文明税务工作者”。
