    1999年，全市完成财政总收入55.05亿元，比上年增长7.4％。其中，地方财
政收入完成31.04亿元，比上年增长3.7％；中央“两税”(增值税、消费税)完成
24亿元，比上年增长12.6％。完成财政总支出37.15亿元，比上年增长3.9％，其
中地方灶内支出完成33.5亿元，比上年增长2.2％，连续13年实现财政收支平衡，
市级及12个县市区全部实现当年收支平衡。10个县市区地方财政收入过亿元，寿
光、诸城、安丘市地方财政收入过3亿元，分别列全省各县市区的第7、第11和第
15位。
