    山东潍坊明宗拖拉机制造有限公司始建于1984年1 2月， 原名潍城区二甲王
铸造厂，1987年更名为潍坊工艺铸造厂，1997年6月始称现名。公司占地4万平方
米，拥有职工400人，固定资产540万元，流动资金534万元。199 9年产值达2100
万元，实现利税192万元，交纳税金100万元，分别比上年增长47％、24％和20％。
主要产品是101系列手扶拖拉机， 年产1万台，年产手扶变速箱5万件、R180柴油
机体8万件、 R185柴油机体10万件，年铸造能力6000吨。董事长兼总经理王子文
自1985年起连续15年被潍城区人民政府评为尊师重教先进个人，1993年被评为潍
城区先进生产者，1996年被评为潍城区乡镇企业家，1999年被评为潍坊市乡镇企
业家，并荣获建设潍城重大贡献奖。
