    10月28日～29日，市工商局举办了“首届潍坊市私营企业‘机遇与发展’理
论研讨会”。聘请了中央政策研究室经济局局长王超平，中国人民大学经管系主
任、博士生导师张成福，中央财经大学行政管理系主任孙国辉三位国内经济界知
名度较高的专家就当前经济形势、 企业发展战略等课题作了讲解。全市300余名
私营业主参加了研讨活动，深受启发和教育。
