    1999年， 全市收购粮食56.3万吨， 其中定购粮25.6万吨，完成省定计划的
100%。在市场粮价大大低于国家收购价格的情况下，粮食购销企业采取各种措施，
加大促销压库力度， 全年粮食销售量比上年增长10%。市、县各级财政和粮食部
门用于补贴粮食销售款达1354.8万元，销售粮食12.8万吨，占粮食顺价销售总量
的32.5%。全年供应部队成品粮油6958吨，保证了军需民食。
