    为严厉打击各种粮食违法行为，各级工商行政管理机关层层成立督查办案机
构，组建了80个稽查队伍，配备检查车辆100多部，执法人员500余名，形成了市、
县、乡三级联动的稽查机制。对群众举报，做到城区20分钟、基层辖区40分钟赶
到现场。 全年共立案查处违法经营粮食案件512起， 查获粮食1859吨， 罚没款
257.4万元。 查处的山东景芝集团非法收购174635公斤玉米案和潍坊种鸡场非法
收购4125 0公斤玉米案，分别对当事人罚款41万元和8.8万元。
