    1999年，全市商业系统以扩大内需、启动消费、拉动经济增长为目标，以开
拓农村市场为重点，深化改革，开拓经营，商业工作保持了较好的发展势头。截
止到年底， 全系统共有企事业单位176个，其中企业单位169个，事业单位7个；
经营网点2250处，营业面积74万平方米；商办工厂42个；固定资产总值13.6亿元，
职工3.7万人。全系统完成商品销售总值25.7亿元，上交利税5834万元。
