    1999年，潍坊市全面加强了以征收排污费、环保设施管理、污染事故查处为
重点的环境监理工作。通过扩大开征面等措施，进一步加大了征收排污费力度。
按照总量控制和重点污染源达标排放计划，对重点污染源及其污染防治设施基本
做到了每月检查一次， 对一般污染源及其污染防治设施每季检查一次。全市346
台(套)污水处理设施共处理废水22983万吨，回用15547万吨。全市新增废水处理
能力9万吨/日， 新增废气处理能力35万标立方米/时。全年共受理反映环境问题
的人民来信、来电、来访995件, 处理率为100%，按期处结率为99.8％,直接受理
来信、来电、来访359件，按期处结率为98.1%。
