    1999年，潍坊市在加强老污染源治理的同时，依法强化环境监督管理，严格
控制新污染源的产生。全市共依法审批建设项目277个, 其中4个编制了环境影响
报告书，104个编报了环境影响报告表, 169个项目办理了环保登记备案手续。年
内建成投产并通过环保设施竣工验收的项目53个，“三同时” (污染防治设施与
主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产使用)执行率达到100％。
