    1999年11月26日，潍坊昌大建设有限公司创立。原潍坊昌大建设(集团)总公
司经过资产评估、产权界定、第一次股本募集等基本程序，以零资产的形式改制
为股份制企业。股东代表自主选举产生了董事会、监事会成员，董事会聘任了经
理层成员，建立起规范的法人治理结构。新成立的潍坊昌大建设有限公司股本设
置为3800万元人民币，全部由企业内部职工募集。
