    1999年11月，市建委与市委党校联合举办了小城镇建设领导干部培训班。聘
请了省建委村镇处、省建工学院的领导和专家为培训班授课，授课主要内容为村
镇规划原理、村镇基础设施、园林绿化、村镇建设行政法规和依法行政、典型案
例剖析、 村镇建设面临的形势和任务。景芝、羊口、石埠、谭坊4个试点镇作经
验介绍。培训期间，组织学员赴广东中山市小榄镇、东莞市长安镇等乡镇进行了
参观考察。
