    按照市委、市政府的部署，潍坊市房产管理局针对行业作风建设中存在的问
题，在全市房管队伍中深入开展了以强素质、严纪律、优作风、树形象为主要内
容的“整顿行业作风，树立文明形象”集中教育整顿活动，狠抓了组织领导、制
度建设、整改措施、监督检查、管理服务等五个方面的措施落实，实行了“一个
窗口对外，限时服务”的工作制度，努力改进工作作风，简化办事程序，减少收
费项目，提高工作质量和服务水平。在市政府组织的部门行风评比中，取得了总
评第二名的好成绩。
