    1999年，潍坊市污水处理厂建设完成投资9646万元，主要完成了全部国外设
备的引进和部分国内配套设备的购置及水处理部分工艺设备的安装，同时完成虞
河泵站的建设。至此，该厂建设已累计完成投资1.53亿元，水处理部分土建工程
已全部完成，设备安装已完成总工作量的80％。
