街)，长1200米，宽40米，完成投资540万元，1999年5月3日开工，11月30日竣工
通车；新华路(胜利东街至福寿东街) , 长1500米，宽40米，完成投资650万元，
1999年3月开工，11月30日竣工通车。东明路(东风东街至胜利东街) ,长750米，
宽40米，完成投资364万元，1998年6月开工，1999年9月竣工通车。
