    1999年8月， 北海路绿化改造工程竣工。共完成投资56 0万元，绿化面积13
万平方米， 主要完成铺设浇灌管道7900米，种植草皮8.6万平方米，栽植银杏、
白皮松、 雪松等乔木840株，栽植黄杨、金叶女贞等灌木11万余株。初步形成一
条道路七条绿带，乔灌花草合理搭配的多层次绿化格局，成为市区道路绿化的代
表路、形象路。
