    1999年，潍坊港务管理局围绕生产经营这一中心任务，本着“边经营，边完
善，保安全，重发展”的原则，以提高吞吐量和港口整体效益为目标，从抓经营
机制配套改革、装卸设备完善和搞好服务工作入手，积极开拓市场，不断提高服
务质量，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。1999年，潍坊港务管理局经营业户
发展到72家，全年完成吞吐量72万吨，共接纳船舶463条。其中，出港船舶385条、
62.3万吨；进港船舶78条、9.7万吨。
