    潍坊市纪检监察机关继续在依靠群众搞好监督方面作了尝试，聘任了一批特
邀监察员，其中市纪委、监察局聘任了10名。为了充分发挥这些特邀监察员的作
用，各级纪检监察机关积极为他们开展工作创造有利条件，加强联系沟通，认真
听取和采纳他们的意见和建议，及时查处反映的有关问题。通过内外结合抓监督，
增强了纪检监察机关的功能和实力，促进了党风廉政建设。
