    杜希乐  山东高密市大牟家镇小杜家村人， 汉族，1974年3月生人，系高密
市公路局平日路柴沟收费站收费员。 1996年9月29日20时30分许，杜希乐为制止
违章车辆逆道行驶，保护人民群众生命财产，被违章汽车撞压车轮下，壮烈牺牲
在工作岗位上， 年仅22岁。1997年4月29日，山东省人民政府批准杜希乐为革命
烈士；5月6日，共青团山东省委追认杜希乐为共青团员；潍坊市人民政府授予杜
希乐“潍坊市劳动模范”称号；高密市委授予杜希乐“优秀青年”称号。山东省
交通厅、潍坊市委、市政府发出了向杜希乐同志学习的号召。
