    房忠昌  中共潍坊市委常委、市纪律检查委员会书记。山东淄博市人，1942
年5月出生， 1968年12月参加工作，1965年11月加入中国共产党，研究生文化程
度。 1968年12月在安丘县玻璃厂任技术员，  1975年1月任安丘县工业局科长，
1978年12月任安丘县工业局副局长，1981年11月任安丘县副县长，1983年10月任
潍坊市副市长、党组成员(其间: 1984年7月-1986年7月在中央党校培训班学习，
1991年7月-1992年10月在临沂地区行署挂职副专员)，1996年8月任中共潍坊市委
常委、市纪委书记。
