    1996年4月18日，国内最大规模的双向拉伸聚脂薄膜生产项目奠基，5月16日
开工建设。该项目是潍坊新立克集团与澳门三田实业公司合资兴建的，一期总投
资2990万美元， 全部引进德国生产技术和设备，年内已运达工地。预计1997年4
月份安装完毕，风筝会期间将正式投产。该项目建成投产后，将达到年产高附加
值、 高技术含量的双向拉伸聚脂薄膜1.38万吨，产值5.2亿元，并将成为潍坊新
材料工业的支柱企业。
