    高新技术创业服务中心是专门为从事高新技术研究、开发及科技成果转化的
科技实体提供全方位服务的部门，简称高创中心。开发区管委会投资建设的3500
平方米高创中心孵化大楼于1996年10月正式投入使用。已有10家科技企业接受孵
化，其中三佳印刷机械公司开发生产的胶印机、制板机供不应求。高创中心全年
完成技工贸总收入3500万元，实现利税340万元。
