    按照“主动出击,露头就打”的精神,市新闻出版局分别于夏季、秋季和冬季
组织了3次较大规模的集中行动。全年总计出动“扫黄打非”车辆150多辆次, 立
查案件22起；收缴非法书刊1.6万册、非法音像制品34731盘,其中淫秽书刊38册、
录像带80盘；取缔无证经营点6处, 查处淫秽录像放映点3处；配合公安机关抓获
犯罪分子6名。
