    1996年，《潍坊论坛》在原有栏目的基础上，新开辟了“访谈录”、“教育
园地”、“精神文明建设”等栏目，宣传研究的领域更广、力度更大。《潍坊论
坛》全年共出版4期，从第3期起改为彩色封面，版式设计也大有改进。经山东省
新闻出版局批准，《潍坊论坛》将从1997年开始由季刊改为双月刊，由市社科联
主席赵文禄担任主编。
