    在1996年度潍坊市“精品工程”评选活动中，市社科联广泛发动、积极组织
广大社会科学工作者申报，共组织理论文章20多篇，申报“十佳理论工作者”10
名。经初评，向市里推荐理论文章5篇、“十佳理论工作者”3名，最终经市评委
会评选， 有2项入选。赵文禄撰写的《用人科学论》被评为“精品工程”理论文
章，市社科联秘书长杨永莱被评为“十佳理论工作者”。
