    为使企业更好地运用法律武器充分保护自己的合法权益，潍坊市人民政府知
识产权办公会议办公室和潍坊市专利管理局于1996年6月和10月分别举办了两期
知识产权暨专利保护研讨会， 来自全市12个县市区和市直有关单位的140多人参
加了学习和研讨。副市长陈宏发和山东省专利管理局局长郑寿亭在会上作了报告，
有关专家讲解了知识产权等方面的知识，并解答了工作中遇到的实际问题，收到
了良好的效果。
