    积极发挥市科技培训中心暨农函大的作用，通过各种渠道搞好培训工作。与
西安理工大学、 首都经贸大学联合办学，1996年招收学历证书班学员201名。临
朐县注重发挥乡、村两级科普学校、夜校的作用，在全县深入开展了科技进家活
动，培训面达到95.3%，已有6311人获得农民技术员职称,2000人获得绿色证书资
格。 诸城市发挥农函大的培训主渠道作用，编发了6套乡土教材，复制发放了70
盘实用技术录像带，参加学习的3600名学员全部结业,普遍掌握1-2项实用致富技
术。
