    1996年，在整个送科技文化下乡活动中，共举办各类技术培训班1123期, 培
训各类技术人才14.2万人次;普及新技术、新成果200余项;组织农业讲师团73次,
听众达2.7万人; 组织群众性的科普讲座310场次,受教育者达12.7万人;组织赶科
技山会、大集448场次,发放各种技术资料、明白纸23万余份，科技咨询服务11万
人次。县市区科协深入基层举办培训班700余期,培训绿色证书学员6000余人。市
科协被省委宣传部、省科协授予“科技文化下乡活动先进集体”荣誉称号。
