    潍坊渤海大学是由潍坊市政府与山东泛海集团公司等5家单位共同发起创建
的一所民办股份制大学。 自1994年开工建设以来，共投资1.2亿元，已建成行政
中心楼、 教学楼、学生公寓、餐厅及其他辅助设施共8万多平方米。学校现设经
济管理、 文法和理工3个学院，共14个专业。经市政府批准，1996年面向潍坊地
区招收应届高中毕业生1005人。在校生学习期间通过函授、自学途径取得高等学
校毕业证书，毕业后在潍坊市享受全日制普通高校毕业生同等待遇。
