    全市共建起成人高校4处， 各级各类成人职工中专学校36处，乡镇成人中心
校242处， 村办农民业校9000多处。其中国家和省级成人职工中专学校12处、国
家级乡镇成教中心校3处；达省级规范化乡镇成教中心校标准的153处，占全市乡
镇总数的60%。1996年，成人学历招生人数达到1.2万人，年培训170万人次。
