    1996年，全市职教系统在省级以上报刊发表各种论文240余篇。9月，《中国
教育报》刊登了王大海市长《办好办活职业教育》的署名文章，《山东教育报》、
《职教天地》等多家省级报刊转发；《山东教育报》还以《铸造经济腾飞的翅膀》
为题在第一版长篇报道了潍坊市面向市场经济大力发展职业教育的经验。由市委
研究室、市教委联合撰写的《面向市场办职教，立足发展育人才》的调研报告，
获全市1996年度“精品工程”理论类入选作品，获山东省党委系统调研类论文一
等奖，《大众日报》以《把职业教育与经济拴在一起》为题，摘要发表。
