    经省教委批准， 筹建了山东省音乐艺术考级潍坊考区，为首批203名考生组
织了音乐艺术考级，联合市文化局、昌潍师专制定了相应政策，将音乐艺术教育
及考级与学生的升学挂起钩来，从根本上调动了学校、家庭、学生加强艺术修养
的积极性。制定了中小学计算机等级考核试点的意见和考核方案，对首批报考的
1200名考生进行了考试考核，对其中成绩优异者在升学时给以特长生待遇。
