    1996年， 潍坊商检局共检验进出口商品11788批，货值48.2亿元，分别
比上年增长38%和35%。 其中检验出口商品10980批，货值42.5亿元；检验进口商
品880批，货值5.7亿元。对外索赔15起，为企业赔回金额1660万元。签发一般原
产地证1189份， 签证金额5.3亿元，分别比上年增长61%和52%。签发普惠制产地
证3210份，签证金额9.1亿元，分别比上年增长135%和98%，为出口企业多创效益
9000多万元。对31家外商投资企业进行了价值鉴定，外商总报价为1445.8万美元，
经鉴定后为983.1万美元，降价率为32%,为企业挽回直接经济损失462.7万美元。
