    1996年，商业网点建设继续遇到资金严重不足的困难，商业部门不等不靠，
采取集资、入股、联合开发等多种形式，加大资金投入，确保了重点项目建设的
顺利进行。年内又有高密人民商场、密水商城，昌乐商业大厦，寿光摩托车商城、
服装鞋帽商场等一批较大网点竣工开业，形成了新的购物中心。潍坊鸢都购物广
场、潍坊百货大楼三期工程等项目建设进展顺利。
